The same old story. My daughters main christmas present did not turn up after the money had been taken and I had waited the 5 days. After I had read the reviews (and this is the only time I didn't read reviews before using a company) I tried to contact by phone which went through to a message informing me I couldn't leave a message, and then I emailed. I got the usual email back promising me a refund, but as that was on 21st December I don't think it will happen. I email about once a month to see if the refund is on the way but quite frankly if people out there are that desperate to rip customers off just before christmas, are they really worth my time and effort........
