Patience and Service

I am that cantankerous old guy that drives all sales personnel up the wall. I am high maintenance and cautious as hell in this digital age. However, I have to say that the people I dealt with at OpticsFast have won me over and I would like to take this opportunity to simply say thank you, thank you, thank you, for not simply telling me to go to h*ll but taking the time to speak with me, literally, over a period of many weeks in order to get my order filled. In today's world, there is a lack of true and sincere service.

I would recommend this company highly and would order from them again and again, and again.


Mostly ok but...

Periodically, a batch of 10 files stops uploading and I have to restart, but products works basically works ok.

Hi Ihor.

This could potentially happen if your internet connection dies or drops out temporarily as any interruption to the uploading process will cause the process as a whole to halt.

As such we designed a new desktop application to help get around this issue if you are able to download and use it. You can find the link for it on the main send page of your Pro Account when you log in. The Desktop App allows you to resume uploads so even if an upload does fail for you again, you should be able to continue from where you left off so no or less time is wasted to this end.
