Yodel

Failed to deliver 4 days in a row, then lost parcel

Yodel was supposed to deliver a phone to me then apparently "attempted" delivery without leaving a calling card. I rescheduled, they didn't deliver and said there was no log of a rescheduling. This continued for an entire week before they admitted they didn't know where my parcel was. Appalling.
