Exceeding expectations!
It's the first time we had used Appliance Planet and we went to them because in an internet search, they were the most competively priced for the Neff and Seimens equipment we were looking for for our new kitchen installation. Because they were the least expensive, we were not expecting top class service but we were pleasantly surprised - the sales person we dealt with was most friendly and helpful and the equipment was delivered on time and in top condition - couldn't have wishwed for better and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Unbeatable price & service!
Saw the Laney acoustic amp I wanted on GAK's website at a really competitive price (I had previously seen it 35% dearer!) so I contacted them and the guy on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. Took my order and said I should receive it by Friday (this was Wednesday), It was delivered to my door the following day! (Thursday) no delivery charge and a free gift 'to boot' (a Venom 20ft guitar cable, value around £17)
