I ordered a TV from electrical 123
I received a call the day before delivery to check the address and payment details, which I thought was a good service.
electrical 123 couriers did let me down, you do get a tracking number (which to be fair isn't any help, only tell you it's on it way, doesn’t give times)
Due to my order being near Christmas the courier company deliveries a lot later than the time scale given in your order conformation, which I only found out after placing my order, in my case deliveries were up until 9pm, I was having my delivery sent to work, so wasn't going to be there that late.
I called the courier company, once it got passed the 'normal delivery' time they said normally (outside the Christmas period) they could give you an ETA on deliveries (which is handy to know) but on this occasion they couldn't.
I wasn’t convinced that I would receive my TV the following day and wanted to change the delivery address, I called electrical 123 on the evening of my delivery and spoke to a chap called Paul. He apologised and said he would try a contact the courier to change the address and call me back. True to his word he did call me back, unfortunately unable to get in touch with them to change the address and promised a call back in the morning - again true to his word I received a call from one of his colleagues and I received my TV the following day!
Clearly my delivery issues were no reflection on electrical 123, just 'one of those things' but maybe worth thinking about where you want your goods delivered.
I would recommend electrical 123 and will defiantly be using them again, seeing as they were one of stores offering what I wanted for the lowest price and have a good customer service team - winner all round!
