Avoid avoid. They are incompetent
Ordered a payg phone On 6th may 2012. Should have been delivered to my local carphone warehouse store, never ever arrived,mnot it's like pulling teeth to get my money back. The only way is to dispute it with my credit card company. To date 4 emails and 3 phone calls from carphone warehouse but they are still unable to refund my money even though they agree the package was lost by their courier.
Avoid any online transactions with this company

Ordered at 2pm, received all the goods as ordered the next day. No problems at all. If only all suppliers could be like this. Thanks
I ordered tennis shoes, bag & balls. All were as purchased & expected. Very good supplier. Will use again.
