I've ordered a parcel over two weeks ago. So admittedly, I wasn't in when they came, but since then I've been re-booking it daily, calling their staff who promised me it would be there the next day. Then told it can't be promised, told it can.... You get the picture! So disappointed. Recalling my purchase and going somewhere else to get it. My fault for listening to constant promises, methink!
