Interparcel

They let me down in spectacular style and damaged my business.

I had been using Interparcel for a number of years and had booked a number of packages for collection as usual. On the morning of collection I received a call from Interparcel informing me that one of my packages was suspicious, bear in mind here that they hadn't as yet even collected the parcel in question. They claimed that the parcel was too heavy for its size?! and went right ahead and cancelled all collections without a moments notice and without any real explanation except the insane ranting from one of their operators. I received an abrupt email informing me that i was no longer permitted to use their services. My customers received their orders late and my business suffered because of it. Utterly appauling service.

Awful

I have been waiting since Tuesday for 11 parcels to be collected from my business address. It is now 16.42 on Friday and I am still waiting. I have heard many empty promises from P2G over the last few days and have had enough of listening to them. Never again will I trust P2G. Thoroughly unprofessional.
