Ordered a jacket which arrived ripped and leaking its feather lining. Sent it back and got a refund but wasn't happy about having to pay the costs of returning the item. Have written numerous emails to customer services (there is no phone number) to ask about them refunding these costs but had absolutely no reply. After looking into this, it seems it is common practice for this company to simply ignore customer enquiries of this nature. I have been left out of pocket through no fault of my own and will never use this company again.
The amp I bought was the cheapest anywhere online and it arrived the day after I ordered.
Not for the first time with this cowboy outfit have I found that they have not rung my bell, despite the fact that I waited at home the entire day to take a collection. Each time I have had to drive an hour round trip to the 'local' collection office to pick it up myself. Appalling service.
