Ordered a bed frame and mattress. Received wrong mattress, telephoned customer service. They wanted me to purchase the correct mattress and wait for wronge item to be collected before I could have refund. I said I would not pay for another as it was their fault. They said the mattress would have to come back to them before replacement and added they were within their rights to do this. I explained the mattress was for my disabled daughter who sleeps downstairs as she is a wheelchair user and if I send the mattress back she has nothing to sleep on, she can not get upstairs to use another bed and as it is a 4ft bed I did not have another mattress I could use . Also I had ordered that particular mattress as it stated it had removable washable cover. I was then told that was not correct and the website was wronge. They said the mattress I had was a better one anyway. I stated the the RRP of the Mattress I had ordered was £249.99 and the one they had sent was RRP £199.00. They stated that was also a mistake on their website. I have had to keep a mattress which is not what I ordered or what I wanted as I can not afford to pay again, also my daughter is incontinent in pads and sometimes leaks so I wanted the washable cover which I did not get. I am disgusted with their lack of customer service and compassion. I would not use again.
