Placed an order early December which was apparently dispatched and as far as thehut.com are concerned I should have my order and they are not interested in responding to attempts to contact them. Impossible to get through on the phone, their message centre responses are terribly slow and if you actually get a reply, they don't actually help! (sorry but if a parcel you sent me goes missing why am I expected to ring round all the local sorting offices and couriers on the offchance it is in one of them?! You sent it, I don't know what delivery method you used)
I am now out of pocket and no sign of the order.
Would have given them a chance except that now the exact same thing has happened with an order placed by my husband for an entirely different item.
