Charterhouse
Seems to have improved?
Previous customer for 5 years; I ordered about 2/3 times a month. I gave up using Charterhouse Aquatics about 12 months ago due to being sent the wrong items, about 1 in 3 of my orders were wrongly picked from the warehouse. I've used another company since and had correct orders each time. (they have a picker and seperate packer who cross check and sign - note for Charterhouse). I've ordered from Charterhouse as they were the only company who stocked a certain product and it would appear they may have improved. I'll try again next month and might start using them again.
