A bedroom stool that I ordered was not the correct item when delivered. This appears to be due to an incorrect description on the website.
Have emailed the Company twice and tried to phone them several times since delivery, but I have been unable to elicit any response. I wish to return the incorrect item and have the correct item sent to me. How do I make this happen?
This standard of customer service is not satisfactory and I would warn those thinking of purchasing from Worldstores NOT to rely on their after sales service. It would appear to be non-existent!
About 1hr after posting the above review I was contacted by Jasmine from the Complaints Dept. She was extemely pleasant and helpful and my problem was sorted immediately. I received the correct item the next day at no extra charge and arrangements were made to collect the wrong item. Worldstore's products seem to be of good quality and competively priced, it is a shame that one has to post a poor review in order to get their after-sales team to respond.
When will this Company realise that their after-sales service is as important as the quality and price of their product? A good outcome in the end, but this Company really needs to improve the method and speed of contacting them for after-sales service. To respond only after a poor review is NOT the way forward!
