They tell you the delivery will be in 3-4 weeks, but that doesn't always happen and you don't get any notice to tell you that something's going to be late. Instead, you have to trawl through your orders (in my case I've got quite a few) to make sure you've received everything (order history could do with massive improvement) and if you haven't received everything and then contact them to find out what's happening, you get an automated response that's supposed to reassure you but doesn't. This is because of how long it's then going to take for them to find out why they haven't received your goods. When they finally do, you get another impersonal message that may, or may not be referring to your order (it doesn't seem to itemise what its talking about). So, all in all, when it works it's great, but some way to go on after sales services.
