Excellent communication, received replies to my emails very promptly and outside of normal working hours. Although product arrived late due to Royal Mail and the Christmas rush the person I spoke to via email was very helpful and sent another product out immediately first class when first hadn't arrived. Product was as described and exactly what I was looking for, £13.50 with postage- very competitive price.
