Great customer service and prices too match!
I ordered a netbook carry case. I was contacted the next day giving me full details of a situation with a supplier, which meant that the case was going to take a couple of days longer to be delivered.
Office Etc, even offering me a full refund. If I was not happy!
I was very surprised by their frank honest approach.
I kept the order and the case was delivered within days.
This company is very honest with excellent customer service. Their prices are very competitive too!
Pet Supermarket
Prices ok but delivery service not the dogs!
Received an email from Pet Supermarket telling me my order was delivered at 07:05 so I ventured outside only to find nothing. So I contacted customer service who said they would look in to it? Still waiting for their response over a week later. However the delivery did turn up and was left on my doorstep in the rain in full view of the public some 2 days later! delivery instructions completely disregarded. Please leave in dustbin cupboard or with neighbour?

Great company to deal with!
Had a great buying experience with these guys. Products were great value, customer service top rate too (something you don't very often get!) delivery prompt. Would use them again!

Some great deals but beware of the scammers, chancers, fake products, misleading pictures and descriptions of items.
Too many people and companies after your info!
Stopped using at coz too many people and companies are after your info for marketing purposes!

A complete farce from start to finish!
I ordered 2 HP Touchpads and was told the next day that they do not have any stock of the said tablet!
Do not trust these people with your order, go else where!!!

In the early hours of Saturday 10th December we received an automated feed from one of our suppliers in which a product was incorrectly listed as “in-stock” (the highly sought after HP TouchPad)
This product was quickly posted by a member of the public (not Cleverboxes) on hotukdeals .com /deals/hp-touchpad-9-7-dual-core-1-2ghz-32gb-wifi-bt-webcam-hp-146-20-cleverboxes-1086560
The post title being “Says 569 in stock but might be the same farce as with the other suppliers. Should we risk it? “
Indeed, 260 individuals “Risked it” knowing that it was likely an error. By 8.30 on the Saturday morning we had removed the product. No monies were taken and all the customers received an email response the same day explaining the circumstances.
This review is a direct result of this situation; as soon as we were aware, we corrected the error instantly. Ironically earlier in the year we were one of the only UK websites to have physical stock of the fire sale HP TouchPad. Of which we sold fairly and did not overcharge our customers like many other UK stores did.
We are saddened you feel this way and would like to clearly state this is not how we do business, this was due to a supplier erroneously advising that stock was available to CleverBoxes. You will see from all our positive reviews we have thousands of happy customers.
