They tried to ring me to arrange delivery details which is good because I was just expecting the stuff to turn up! As they couldn't get through they sent me a letter so I contacted them to arrange a date. Unfortunately the goods didn't arrive so I contacted them and their couriers had said they'd tried and left a card ... I don't think so. The delivery turned up the next day so all was OK.
On this occasion I wouldn't fault the company but the couriers, hence the 4* rating - they handled this problem professionally and I would purchase from them again.
Received my photo album today and it looks really good. I had a problem with the software and I found the technical department really helpful and there were quite a few too-ings and fro-ings to try to resolve the issue. However, in the end, it could not be resolved and I had to redo the album.
I would definitely recommend Photoworld.
