BUY FROM HERE FOR PEOPLE YOU HATE ONLY
If you hate your sister, mother, in laws etc this is the perfect place to buy from because you will end up gifting them a handful of crap!
I previously bought from them for a friend who was unwell and was SO embarrassed at the pitiful pile of weeds they received. At the time Serenata had a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website which they have since removed so I eventually argued enough to get a refund, although they had asked me to go back to my ill friend's house to take a picture of the flowers for them!
On Valentine's day this year the doorbell rung and I found an opened box dumped on the doorstep. I brought them in and my husband pulled out a sad and miserable bunch of "flowers". Before he could say anything I KNEW he'd used serenata!
Basically he'd been duped into buying from them same as me because of being bombarded by emails showing special offers and pictures of huge beautiful bouquets that you have no hope in hell of ever receiving. Emails for a refund my husband has sent have been ignored.
Avoid these guys like the plague unless you're buying a present for someone you thoroughly hate!

DISGUSTING, DISPICABLE COWBOYS
Baby in carseat and 2 year old in the car ready for the school run when I got blocked into my drive by a car which not only parked right across the dropped kerb but also on the single yellow line outside our property. I called out to the driver that he needs to move as I was on the school run and needed to get off my drive. He said he had a parcel for me. I told him he would have to redeliver as I was running late. Got into my car and expected to see the driver leaving, however, instead I saw him very deliberately and slowly getting out of his car, going to his boot and taking a parcel out. I shouted out that I need him to move immediately as I'd already asked him once. He said stroppily that he would just return it them and say I didn't want it. I told him I wanted it but needed him to move so I wouldn't be late. I found out that Hermes lied to Amazon.co.uk and told them they'd redeliver, which they never did and just returned the item. They then proceeded to simply return EVERY SINGLE PARCEL from any company that came for our address without even attempting to deliver it.
These cowboys should be named and shamed and boycotted by ever professional organisation. They don't openly advertise their customer services line, well it's no wonder as they'd be inundated with complaints. I have found a number for anyone with a complaint: 0800 174 9040.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I can only hope that cowboys like these will go bankrupt in the recession. I URGE EVERYONE TO CONTACT CITIZEN'S ADVICE TO REPORT THEM ON: 08454 04 05 06
