Ordered online - very straightforward.
Half an hour later, realised I had ordered wrong colour (my mistake).
Phoned them to explain / apologise and they very helpfully said they'd send me some colour samples and put my order on hold.
Samples received - chose colour - phoned them asking them to go ahead with newly chosen colour. They confirmed new colour as we spoke.
Blinds promptly delivered - the original light colour rather than the chosen dark colour. (I haven't taken them out of the box yet to inspect for quality, etc.)
Phoned them to be told "The note I've got just says to 'go ahead'". They stubbornly refused to discuss it further.
I am in no doubt that we agreed the new colour.
Have online businesses lost all sense of decent values?
My advice: go to your local shop where you can speak to a person.
Ahh well ..... here goes a long drawn out battle via the Visa Debit card disputed purchase scheme!
