The service received upon ordering my daughter's birthday present was excellent. Unfortunately there was some problems with the courier delivery. As soon as Gogodigital heard about my problem they telephoned to apologise even though it was not directly their fault. I received my order the next day without problem although the seal had been broken on the packaging. The product appears to be ok cosmetically although I am yet to run through all the checks. Fingers crossed.
I only ever find outr that the printer is out of ink when I want to print something myself and then I am the only one in the house that doesn't know its out of ink. It is always a desperate request for inks and I have not been disappointed in the speed of service to get my printer up and running again. Thank you
