Cracking service. Excellent price
My favourite version of Merrells is no longer produced. So, I decided to have a change. It was a last minute decision the day before we went on a walking weekend. The order was placed at 4.30 in the afternoon and true to their word, my new shoes were shipped the following morning and arrived 24 hours later. Great service. Give em a try.

Spectacular Customer Service
I am totally blown away by this company. The kit arrived the following day. I had ordered a wrong item. It took one email to sort the problem. I didnt even have to pay the return postage. Cant recommend these guys highly enough.

I ordered 4 items from Sushisushi. The website advertises next day courier delivery (£5.95). My order was dispatched by Royal Mail second class. When the package finally arrived one of the essential items was missing. The delivery note showed it was out of stock and I would be refunded. Not happy.

Called these guys because I needed some headphones urgently. They are based locally. Even though they don't have a retail counter, I was welcomed to pick them up an hour later. Very professional.

There was a slight glitch with my order. This was resolved instantly with a smile. My ordered item arrived the following day. This is a company that has invested in its infrastructure. Price isn't always everything. However, at dv247 I got excellent price and service. Highly recommended.

Waitrose Eat Your Heart Out
I had no idea Aldi stocked such a great range of food products. Last week I picked up a pack of Spanish Bellota ham. Even Waitrose don't stock this premium type of ham made from pigs that have a diet of acorns.

Poor Customer Service
Impossible to get any compensation or refunds when they get it wrong. This has been the case for 3 of our last 6 flights with the company.
