Excellent service throughout

I’m so glad I found this company on the internet. It’s always a little scary buying from an online company for the first time, but I couldn’t be more pleased that I made my purchase, as I have received excellent service throughout. I’d found a mattress that I liked at a local shop, but it was far too expensive -over £700 – and I didn’t feel the pushy salesman was offering me a good deal. I found My Next Mattress when searching the internet. I telephoned and spoke to Andy, who was incredibly knowledgeable, and helpfully pointed me towards a mattress similar to the one I’d seen in the shop – the same brand, but a better model, and costing £300 less. Although I phoned late on a Friday evening, when most would be more concerned going home for the weekend than helping customers, Andy went out of his way to be helpful. I ordered there and then, and it was confirmed that my mattress could be delivered on the following Sunday. It arrived as promised – again, the service was superb and everything was willingly taken care of. So refreshing to have such a positive experience. Excellent customer service. Many thanks to you all.
