Flying from Manchester to New York held on tarmac for 7 hours 10am to 5pm with no food finally told we are not going to fly at all, we were then told that after we leave the plane we will receive an A4 sheet with all our choices (1st lie) all it contained was an emergency telephone number which you rang at your own expense eventually it was answered to be told that their was nothing he could do and we should go to the BA desk in the airport which fortunately I had already done.
We were very fortunate in that we had the last 2 seats on an Air France flight from Paris to New York the next morning, our details wer taken and we were told that accommodation and taxis had been arranged in Paris for us (2nd lie) arriving in Paris with no euros at 10pm una ble to leave the arrivals area no accommodation had been arranged, why the pretence ?.
Absolute rubbish, no customer service, make you feel like you are inconveniencing them not the other way around, Anything But B A (ABBA).
