Offered me 45% less on price quoted on their website, gave them a call, negotiated down to 10% off - this is a fair offer as there was a slight cosmetic scratch, not excessive wear and tear as they originally stated.
Not sure why cosmetic value is important considering they are supposed to recycling the thing (not on ebay). Anyway, all in all took 10 days from posting to payment. Not bad but doubt will use again due to the hassle or negotiating. Not a bad tactic to lure people to posting their phones by offering a few quid more than the rest. Be warned if my experience is anything to go by (and a few others here) you will be offered a very cheeky price, don't let the £5 postage charge to get your phone back put you off, you can get them up to close the original "quote". Also make sure you take snaps of your goods before parting with them (standard posting procedure).
How a media supplier can sell a service, arrange for techs to come around without ensuring that there is a connection point is just simply laughable.
Yes you heard right... they sold the goods, we waited 3 weeks for techs to come around, the tech popped their heads in for 2 mins... "we don't have a t point to connect to"
Fantastic now what... Oh ill sit on hold for 10 mins only to be told they don't know when they can get it sorted, they need permission from the council blaaah blah blah. - Fantastic great work.... Hello SKY!!!
These guys are terrible, we ordered a high end LED montior, to open the box and find out that the power adaptor is missing!! I'm not 100% sure how they expect someone to use a monitor without having the ability to actually plug the thing into the wall!
After speaking to their customer service rep, they simply didn't care and stated that they will need to pick up the product rather than send out a power adaptor. Alot of hassle, not worth it.
These guys are a few quid cheaper than most, but I would prefer to burn my money than use these guys again.
