Save yourself some time, effort and money and AVOID ordering anything from Flower Station.
Having placed and paid for an order for same-day delivery, Flower Station did not deliver the item ordered. They were also entirely unresponsive via email and telephone, when I first inquired about the status of my order and later, repeatedly (over the course of 2 weeks), asked for a refund.
Luckily, I paid for this non-service via PayPal, who were able to claim back a refund for me. So I at least have my money back, but am still awaiting an explanation and apology from this clearly shoddy company.
AVOID, or, if you do want to order, make sure you pay using a credit card or PayPal, so that you can claim your cash back when they completely ignore you!
City-link twice failed to deliver on the scheduled and promised time, failed to leave missed delivery cards and lied about attempted deliveries.
You'd be better off strapping a parcel to stray dogs and hoping for the best than relying on City-Link.
A heady combination of incompetence, lies and childish excuses result in a company you should never, ever use. 0/10 really doesn't portray just how bad these people are at their jobs.
