Customer service is not even poor it is non-existent

Placed an order on the 13th October . The money was taken out of our bank account straight away. A week later the order still had not arrived. I have emailed customer service twice now and I have left 3 voicemails with the so called customer service answer machine which says someone will get back to you within 6 hours. The website clearly stated that delivery is unaffected by the postal strike as they are not using royal mail. I have asked for a refund. i think that I will be contacting trading standards soon as well. My order status is still being processed and like Michelle Watson I did not recieve an email confiming my order. tha sent alarm bells ringing straight away.
