excuses but no delivery

They were supposed to deliver my order on Friday, but they claimed they mis scanned the package and it sat in the depot. On Monday I was assured it would be delivered later in the day. It took a 10 hour tour from the depot but was never delivered again. No delivery just excuses and promuses not delivered. Never again,
