Thomas Cook emerged from JMC was a cracking airline and we flew most years with them. That was until the rot set in with the merger with My Travel. Standards fell, leg room got more cramped and the airline lost it's 'we are for you' ethos. We fly mostly with Thomson now. It's a pity but bad management decisions at TC have led to downsizing in operations, redundancies among long-serving cabin crew and planned large cutbacks in the number of High Street travel shops. Future travellers will be 'insured' against any failure of this troubled airline - but for me the uncertainty just isn't worth it - I'll continue to take to the skies with Thomson.
I have used Asda home delivery for more than a year now, and am generally very satisfied. They are always on time and sometimes before time. Drivers are very helpful and courteous. The only criticism is that week after week there are unavailable items. I don't do substitutes because I like what I like. It's hard to believe supermarkets of Asda's size run out of stocks. All in all very pleased, but I think Asda could go that extra mile to ensure what they advertise is actually in stock and available.
Great company to deal with. Prompt processing and delivery. I'd originally ordered an item from another company who let me down badly, by taking an order for an item with an item that was out of stock. Simply Scuba came up with a better product and it was with me within days.
