I used to use Interparcel a lot, and they are still one of the cheapest options around, but after three or four missed collections where the courier simply didn't turn up as booked, I would rather pay a little more and have a guaranteed service.
I ordered an item for Christmas on 29 November, which has still not arrived (despite aparently being dispatched on 1 December). Pixmania have been very slow to deal with this issue, and in order to process a refund, have insisted on "photos of my empty letterbox" to prove that the item has not been delivered. Very dissapointed.

We try to provide an efficient delivery service and give the best service possible to our customers at all times.
If your parcel is lost in transit we will open a transport inquiry with the courier company, this will take up to 10 working days. Once the inquiry is closed you will be given a choice of refund or reshipment if possible, provided that we have all the required documentation.
