poor quality goods, poor quality service, no customer care

Having used CEX shops, I tried the online service, One game came without manual (which they hide in small print is part of the service) and the other game was according to the email I was sent, not going to be sent. I spent An hour spent trying to resource this missing christmas present only to find that they sent it anyway. No applogies for applaing customer service, just email saying that is the way we do things.

which is why I will never use this shop again and would tell everyoen else to avoid.
