Ordered a guitar strap on 22/12/2012, not even despatched by 02/01/2013. I realise this is over Xmas/New Year, but you just can't take that long to despatch orders if you want to be considered a credible online retailer. 2 other guitar straps ordered at the same time from another UK based high street/online retailer arrived 27/12, so it can be done!
Pretty hopeless, really.

We do ship over the Christmas break but unfortunately most of our suppliers close until the 2nd January, which can lengthen delivery times during this period if out of stock on an item as in this case. We always give as much information to customers as possible with regards to stock status and delivery times to avoid any potential confusion. It would be extremely useful to know why you did not pick up on any of this to offer any insight as to where we can improve.
