Absolutly USELESS!

So bought an item paying next day delivery on this. Sat there waiting all day for this and thought OK I will check how its going online and to my astonishment my parcel had been delivered.
From having a look round the front door and checking with the neighbors I could confirm it clear had NOT!
After speaking with customer services they gave me the drivers telephone number and after calling him he clearly stated he does not deliver to my area and an area 200+ miles away from where I was.
Called customer services back and they confirmed the fact that some how my parcel with my address on had ended up 200 + miles away in the wrong depot, loaded on the van and given to some random member of the public.
Now I have to sit and wait whilst a full Yodel investigation takes place, leaving me £300 out of pocket whilst they work out how to deliver parcels.... ABSOLUTE JOKE

Very very quick delivery!!!

Love the shop, had a couple of issues on checking via PayPal, but soon resolved. Much cheaper than other online shops, would defiantly shop again!!

Found this a really quick and easy process and to top it off managed to get the game cheaper than what Steam was offering!!

So after doing a cople of searches on google shopping found this useless company selling the headphones cheaper than any where else, now I know why!!!!
Placed my order on the 5th Dec and like many other comments on this thread took my money but order status was 'awaiting payment, after contacting them via emailg got an email back from someone called Michael saying sorry and the order will be dispatched right now. That was on the 8th.
So gave them the benefit of the doubt and got to 16th and nothing so dropped them another email and got one back just saying 'sorry you should have it by Tuesday, and now its Tuesday and guess what..... still nothing, so off goes another email with more excuses to come my way.
Looking at all the reviews on here apart from NiceCans putting fake reviews on here surely this can be reported to trading standards !!
Get no response then will be in contact with my bank and hopefully they can help and also Southampton trading standards!!
