Very good communication

Ordered several items from these before. Postage is probably slightly more than on some other sites but with mail order that is what really makes the difference. Every time after I order something I am updated. On the day of the delivery I am sent a text as to which hour the package will arrive which for me is first rate. I cant stand having to stay in waiting for a delivery, potentially missing them whilst in the shower etc. With these guys you know when its going to turn up so you dont need to waste a day.

Is it ever going to turn up??

I ordered a monitor from these people online, thinking the PC pro best online retailer might actually mean so something.. delivery due next day. Three days later, still no monitor, so phoned and someone said it would be there tomorrow. Another 2 days past, nothing.

The online support is a joke as nobody answered after 20 minutes. Wasted 10 minutes on hold to trading standards too.
