Best yet for your pet
Viovets service could not be better. Problems with an item were advised immediately and for as long as we left the order open regular updates on the situation were given, they made it clear we could cancel if we decided to. When we eventually had to cancel a full refund of the cost of the item was sent next day. All the items we have ordered from Viovet have arrived promptly and have been correct, also their prices are hard to beat. We don't use anyone else. Super customer service all round.
