My online order came quickly, as ordered and described and in perfect condition.
The transaction went exactly as it should. No scary stories, no problems. Can't really embellish my review any more. I’ve used them before for mail order and I will use them again. I have also used their Leicester shop and their fitting service. This is a rarer event as it’s quite a long drag for me to drive there, but again when I did use the fitting service, the work quality was good and the cost was fine.

Customer Service is King
I have used Opie for a few years now, but with any mail order provider, the true test is when things go wrong. My car is in a model change year and the UFI catalogue listed the wrong air filter which was duly supplied. I emailed Opie with the problem and lightning fast, the replacement alternative filter arrived with an appology...and it wasn't even their fault!
It's companies like Opie that make buying on line a good experience rather than a pain. I thoroughly recommend them, and that's even without mentioning their really competitive prices. Well Done Opie Oils.
