We purchased a mattress from Bedworld. After almost a month with no news, we rang to find out when it would be delivered. They rarely answered the phone and we left many messages - all of which went unanswered. We were finally given a delivery date, but when it came (for which I took a day off work), and no mattress arrived - they had tried to deliver to the billing rather than delivery address. I rang to ask for it to be redelivered to the correct address the next day (a Saturday). I was told that despite the inconvenience caused, they wouldn't deliver on a weekend under any circumstance, and that the following Monday was the earliest opportunity for re-delivery - meaning I had to take another day off work. The manager was rude and flatly refused to offer earlier delivery out of goodwill.
