"Bought" an expensive scanner and received an email later saying they hadn't got it in stock! So, after finding their website, creating an account, filling in my credit card details, buying the product and printing off the receipt. Now I have to seek a refund and all that entails!!!
A complete waste of time - and they even tried to sell me a VIP card - I don't believe it!!!
Why not show stock levels so they don't sell what they don't stock.
