Awful!

I ordered Christmas gifts from Amazon of which two arrived via Post Office the other 8 items were lost by this so called company.
I had to travel to the depot miles away after they refused to turn up twice with no recollection of my phone calls, to be told they had lost the package. I have four days to shop around for the gifts that should have arrived 2 weeks ago.
Online shopping is meant to make things easier.
I won't be using Amazon again if they use Myyodel.
