I ordered a highchair on 4 December with a view to receiving it before Christmas. I kept checking the order online and it stated 'awaiting fulfilment'. On the 19 December I decided to telephone to find out where my order was and I was advised that 'it was out of stock'. It would have been nice to have been informed of this beforehand however I received excellent customer service and actually ended up changing my order to a different colour highchair (a colour not featured on the website however I actually prefer the colour to my orginal order!). It is now 21 December and the highchair arrived this morning within the allocated 1 hour delivery window and my 6 month old ate her dinner in it this evening. Very pleased.
