Inexcusable Customer Service.

My first order with Boohoo; 14/12/11. Order number: 6296918. This order has still not turned up! On the 16th I made another order, which arrived fine in quick time and the correct goods ordered; 6306977 - this order came through courier Royal Mail. However when tracking 6296918 was through Hermes. Their customer service was absolutely disgusting! I emailed on the 22/12/11, after posting a review of Boohoo on Trust Pilot complaining. I recieved an email which was so rude in that the courier claimed to have attempted delivery of my items twice. Both times on occasions when I was in my house, and there were also 3 other people there, I would definitely have known had delivery been attempted - and claimed that due to my being out and access to my accomodation impossible on both instances that they were returning the item to the sender. Despite the fact that by this point, after a week 'delay' of order 6296918, my second order made on the 16/12/11 with Royal Mail 6306977 arrived to this exact address.
I asked for the goods to be delivered to this address and rewrote it all clearly and correctly so that no misunderstandings could be made regarding the access to my accommodation. My response from boohoo: over a week after the '48 hours' they aim to respond by implying that I was lying, that the courier had made an attempt to deliver, and that it was my fault that the item was not delivered to my address.I sent 3 more emails throughout December and into January, of which i received no response after requesting a refund. This was ignored, and I have had to send a further 3 emails requesting a refund dated: 11 Jan 2012, 04/02/2012 and 10/02/2012.
I am getting SICK of emailing requesting for a refund that i should have recieved weeks ago and a response from Boohoo in the least. THIS IS THEFT! I will never be using this company ever again after the manner which i was treated and being ignored frequently. I have now contacted Watchdog in attempt to receive my refund as no effort to resolve this has been made. All i want is my refund!

I have looked over your order and read through your past emails. I can confirm I processed a full refund of £198.99 for this order to your original payment card on 14/02/2012. I also emailed you to confirm this refund on 14/2/12 and offer my sincere apologies.

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for the refund to be transferred into your account. If you do not receive a payment from us after this time, please contact your card issuing bank.
