Good quick service, easy to use web site, and good prices

Very happy with all aspects of the service and what was on offer on the web site

Very poor initial service but helpful telephone support

Similar to other reviews, I found it very unhelpful to have products advertised as being in stock and then, a number of days later, get a vague email saying that this is not the case thus leaving me somewhat high and dry as regards my choice of Christmas gift.

However, when I followed the rather uninformative email up with a phone call I did get a good level of help from the individual I spoke with to (hopefully) come up with a workable alternative to the original purchase.

I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service.

Our website states live stock figures that are reliable, and when our website does not state that we have stock available, it will show an estimated delivery date based on timescales provided by suppliers.

We are sorry if it seemed like an item was in stock when it was not, although our website is usually very clear, displaying an ‘in stock’ figure alongside a green tick. We did however let you know by email within a few days of your order that there was a problem.

Please be assured that we have not taken money from your card. We do not actually debit a customer’s payment card until the item has actually shipped from our warehouse.

Please accept my apologies again that we have disappointed you under this unusual set of circumstances.
