easy to deal with, quick delivery
easy to use website and a very quick delivery, good range of the type of lighting I was after, seems to offer good value for money, but be careful - one item I bought (pop up worktop mounted usb / electric socket tower) seemed to offer good value from the description, but was really cheap and plasticy when it arrived, was advertised as a bargain so I guess I got what I paid for, but not what I expected

Good selection of cycling clothing, fast delivery
As far as cycling clothing goes they have a good selection, some brands you'd struggle to find elsewhere, quick despatch and delivery. Craft top I bought was excellent, never tried Craft before. Not a one stop shop for all cycling stuff but good at what they do. One reservation I have is that given they are a clothing store predominantly then having to pay for returns as opposed to something like collect+ service means it is not the best for getting gear if you are not 100% sure of your size, you have to pay for returns too.

Easy to use website, good selection of tyres, prices good, able to select fitting garage. Unfortunately I noticed one of my hub caps was missing a few days later, the garage that fitted the tyres immeiately offered to reimburse for a replacement. Whole experience was very good.

Good product, easy to deal with. Had issue with postcode charges for Scotland which they listened to and responded favourably, now looking at to resove for longer term as I would be keen to use them on ongoing basis.
