Guess what? The mattress that was ordered on 29 October still hasn't arrived. After a number of calls which were mainly spent waiting in a queue and several e-mails to "customer service", I eventually got a call back. I was promised delivery of the correct mattress and collection of the wrongly delivered mattress to take place on Saturday, 7 January. I even got this in writing. Imagine my surprise when Yodel phoned on the 5th to arrange for collection of a mattress but not for delivery. They then cancelled the collection. E-mailed Dreams immediately after Yodel's call to find out what was happening. Still waiting for a reply. E-mailed them on the 7th when nobody turned up. Again, still waiting for a reply. Maybe they have so many complaints that they can't keep up - wouldn't surprise me. How difficult can it be to arrange for the delivery of a mattress and a pick up on the same day? I can honestly say Dreams are the worst company I have ever come across. It's beyond comprehension that they are still in business. If anybody is up for contacting Watchdog, please count me in. One star is an exaggeration, but you can't give less.
