Fraudulent, do not comply with Distance Selling Regs
Linens Limited .... Don't communicate. Don't deliver (but they're using Yodel so no surprises there). Refuse to give refunds. Management hides behind poor customer service girls who are only empowered to answer the phone and nothing else. Do not deal with this company - it will be another retail failure soon. But if you have already.....
Use the Distance Selling Regs. Request cancellation of contracts. And if all else fails, you can potentially report these thieves to your bank as conducting fraudulent transactions and request repayment from your card provider. They can then recover the money themselves from Linens Limited - and will have a lot more power than you or I. Also report them to Trading Standards who need to be aware that companies like this exist. You can get information on them from Companies House - if you need to, file a CCJ against them - it's easier and cheaper than it sounds.
BTW, use your judgement and a hefty pinch of salt when reading the more positive reviews :-)

Christmas presents from Amazon not delivered by Yodel
Ordered a whole bunch of Christmas presents a couple of weeks before Christmas from Amazon. Presents ordered for delivery via CityLink and Parcelforce are fine. But ....
****PRESENTS DUE FROM AMAZON FOR DELIVERY VIA YODEL HAVE NOT ARRIVED*****
5 presents - all for my father and his wife are caught in transit. They have been on the van for delivery for 4 days but I have not been notified of any delivery attempts.
Yodel customer service is complete rubbish - the number is almost constantly unavailable. Finally made contact just before 10pm - but was just given then number for my local depot. Have been trying them repeatedly for hours - no answer. Yodel c/s now constantly engaged.
Contacted Amazon too but .. surprise, surprise it's out of their hands because it is with the courier.
