oh where to start...! yodel deliver my catalogue orders and they are the worst possible delivery drivers i have ever had the misfortune to meet.. one delivered a heavy bulky piece of furniture yesterday and dumped it on the front doorstep and went oh yeah thats heavy, grunted and walked off..! nice..! this is not an isolated incident and if the parcel is lightweight they roll it in a ball and throw it in the porch..
needless to say that is the last order i place with that catalogue..!
goods arrived nearly 2 weeks later with insuffcient packaging and was smashed to pieces..!
nowhere online can i find a number where i can speak to a person i have emailed twice and call dozens of times leaving messages and not one single reply.. this was a christmas pressent and i am highly disappointed with the service or should i say lack of from Menkind..! Stear well clear...!
