Please, a useless bank and zero customer support capability. I had a recent issue where the bank had authorised a transaction on a card that had been reported lost. They never ever paid me the money, gave me the run-around, spoke to a different person each time I called, and never took the complain seriously.
This incident begs the question - how safe is our money with Santander. I know I am arranging to move my account now.

Damaged parcels, lost parcels and terrible a resolving problems. Please do not waste your time or energy, use a descent company to send your items instead.

Out of a handful pf parcels sent through parcel2go, one has gone missing, one has been damaged, and another one was collected (along with other items) but then reported as not collected. Whilst they use courier companies Parcel2Go seem to have no control over their suppliers, and when they try to resolve an issue with a courier company that they use, the courier company often ignores them. Several attempts have been made to resolve the issues, but as yet, they are still outstanding. I now have two claims against Parcel2Go out of a total of 4 package sent.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO INTEREST OTHER THAN THEIR OWN, AND THEY DO LITTLE TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS, HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEIR SUPPLY BASE AND ARE GENERALLY OBSTRUCTIVE WHEN A PROBLEM OCCURS.
They will not allow you to speak to a senior representative within the company, or a supervisor, and any attempt to do this is blocked and the usual excuse is "sorry, supervisor is not available right now". The other really good excuse, is that they will tell you that it takes 24 hours to respond; if this was true I would have been happy, but unfortunately it is not.
There are many bad reviews of Parcel2Go on the internet (not just this site) and overall most people have had bad experiences.
IT REALLY IS TIME THE SMALL COMPANY AND INDIVIDUAL TRADER STOOD UP FOR THEMSELVES AGAINST THESE LARGER ORGANISATIONS WHO IN HONESTY DO NOT CARE FOR THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE TO YOU, JUST THE MONEY YOU PAY THEM.
