I have had a bad experience from this company. I will never use them again. I bought a bouquet of flowers one week ago for a friends birthday, she is in the UK and I am in South Africa. I purchased them online with my credit card and it said it was declined. The payment has come off my card 5 times and I have had no help from Serenata to sort this problem out they just say they have not released the order because of no payment but my bank says the payments have been accepted by the company. It is a week know and still not sorted out. So I have paid 5 times for flowers,which were never received.
Never use this company.
