Still waiting....

I ordered a pair of Dr Martens for my sister for Christmas on the 17th Dec (a week and a day before). Saw they were a bit cheaper so thought 'what the heck!'. I chose the next working day delivery option to get sent to my workplace, as I knew that no one would be home for it to get delivered there. My workplace is closed on weekends, but thought my delivery would be there by no later than Wednesday 21st. Its now Friday the 23rd and still no boots. Went to track my order and it says that they tried to deliver twice to the address at 12am MIDNIGHT!!! Who the hell is going to stay awake at 12am for a delivery???? and they've also taken my money! I've missed my sisters christmas present because of them and I'm fuming!!

Hi Jodie,

I apologise for the problems you encountered. After looking into this on your account, it appears that our couriers struggled with the delivery as your Company Name had not been supplied with the delivery address details. I believe that my colleague passed this information on to our couriers who were then able to deliver your order.
I apologise for the delay this caused, and hope that this did not spoil Christmas.
