I wanted a Christening gift for my Grandson, looked at several web sites and then discovered Kiltmakers. Chose a quaich and had it inscribed. Very easy to follow instructions and make choices. Gift arrived in less than 48 hours. Totally delighted with it, as are the proud parents.
Due to an unfortunate accident, my daughter lost one
of her prized figurines, given to her on the birth of her
first daughter.Now their little family has grown and I wanted to give her a new figurine. I got onto the Internet and trolled through
quite a number of companies, and eventually found
Havens. They had exactly what I was looking for, but
as it was so close to Christmas, I decided to telephone
them to make sure I would get delivery in good time.
The item I wanted was out of stock, but I was advised to
order it on line, as they would only charge me if the order
was being despatched. However, the item was out of stock
and I was told that someone would contact me after the weekend and advise whether it was possible to get it
into stock and despatched as requested. This is exactly what
happened - every promise was kept. I received e mails and telephone calls, all as promised. The advice about the
delivery service was exceptional - I was given a delivery
time, the item to be delivered within 60 minutes of the
time given and this is what happened. This is a company
who deserve to be recognised for what they offer. They
are a family run business, and, as my late father had his own
business, I know how much work and commitment
goes into making happy customers. I will certainly use this company and I thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.
