Awful and a bunch of liars

After burning out 2 clutches I was then told that this was not a problem and always happens, then managed to book the driving test module 1.

Passed this and after had no news from them for module 2, after contacting them by email and phone many times they told me that they tried to contact me, I never received miss calls from them or emails as she mentioned and checked my contact details several times with the liar of a lady at the front desk.

I dropped in a number of times as she would give me excuse after excuse. After kicking up a big fuss she then mentioned that I may have my refund if I wish, when asked I replied all I wanted was to pass the test so agreed to carry on if they could book me in.

Again, this happened with her not responding so I asked for a refund in which she replied with all the repair work I was not entitled to any.

Waste of money and complete IDIOTS! Don't deal with them.

Rentalcars

Orlando Tenerife Car hire

No problems with rentalcars but they dealt me to a horrid car company named Orlando in Tenerife.

Arrived with another couple to be picked up and was met by a angry man that seemed in a bad mood.

Not only did they give me a car which had dents/marks all over it but it had locks not working from the inside and wasn't cleaned properly with sat nav marks on the windscreen and wheels filthy.

I understand the car was not a renault Megane as i wanted but a Seat Ibiza which looked like it went to battle in a war was not what i imagined either.

To make matters worse the lady was rude and said the front was marked from me and was fresh. I know enough about bodywork to know it wasn't fresh as she mentioned and had paint cracking all over it and marks which I saw on the car when I got it. When she done the car checks she didn't note this on the sheet of paper but how would I tell her when the car is covered all over in marks.

I bought insurance with rentalcars but this was not the point as I knew the mark was on the car before I got the car, she threatened to "call the police and that would mean missing my flight". I was fine with the police if she would call but she did not as I knew the car damage was not fresh as she mentioned, she then accused me of branding her a liar???? I then replied "Are you suggesting I am?"

I by no means usually have problems and kick up a fuss but as I awaited for her threat of calling the police my partner paid for the excess as she did not want to miss the flight. I would of happily talked to the police.

As we boarded the van to take us to the airport the same lady started another argument with another customer.

Terrible and rude service, worst i've seen and i've hired many cars.

Park Cameras

Absolutely not organised and a ruined Christmas

First of all, ordered and didn't give me a link to post to another dress, this was a present for Christmas, called in and cancelled the order as they told me to order using paypal so i could use another address to post too.

Done as they said and next day nothing, two cameras were sent to the wrong address, after calling them yet again Ivan the person dealing with me was rather rude thinking it was my mistake but I done exactly as I was told to do.

After a check he was very apologetic saying it was a rare case and that it would be sorted out and he would redeliver one camera to me and the other back to them, I told them I would need this urgently and that it was not still with City Link and was delivered to the wrong address.

He mentioned the delivery guy still had them, they did not so so after mentioning that it wasn't he said he would give me a call back to let me know the status of it as he is sure they would go back and pick it up.

They did not pick it up and I did not receive a call back from Ivan. I have not received a camera and I find the system they have a mess.

I would not consider using them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
